With WPHelpere plugin, you can create any number of categories for each Products and Services and Sort them on your own order as you want.

WPHelpere provides, simple drag and drop function to sort both Products list and Categories list. You can simply drag and drop the items in a order you want and Click “Save Sorting” button.
