With WPHelpere, you can create multiple categories for each products and services that you’ve created.

Navigate to WPHelpere > Categories

Select the product or service under which the category to be added. Add category name, description and choose a category icon. The plugin is included with 3 Font icon libraries, Dashicon, Font Awesome 5 and Line Icons to choose from. You can also upload a category icon in image format.

Once done, click “Add New Category“.

You can create multiple Categories the same way.
